I have tried a variety of B Complex supplements and these are the only ones that I have noticed immediate results from. The energy is not like a cup of coffee, but rather a calm energy and focus. I have to say, however, these took awhile for me to get use to. I almost thought I could not deal with the taste, but after awhile I adjusted and the taste really does not bother me now. This is a great product by Source Naturals. They make quality products and I have liked everything I have tried from this company.

I honestly don't think they'll have a hit with this sublingual supplement. The tablet is HUGE for a sublingual, about the size of 2.5 aspirins tablets! Tastes like vitamin B which is a flavor you don't want to savor. Does not dissolve smoothly. Now, I don't mind any of that much but do you think I could ever get someone in my family to use them? No way!For supplement fanatics (like me) only. You have been warned!

These B vitamins are a good choice if you don't mind a little vitamin-y taste and a lump under your tounge. In exchange for that, you get a very effective, fast acting B vitamin.If you are not interested in fast action, you may be fine with a regular capsule. In that case, I'm not sure if these are the best value. I personally find these to give me a great energy and concentration boost at work.
