I have tried a variety of B Complex supplements and these are the only ones that I have noticed immediate results from. The energy is not like a cup of coffee, but rather a calm energy and focus. I have to say, however, these took awhile for me to get use to. I almost thought I could not deal with the taste, but after awhile I adjusted and the taste really does not bother me now. This is a great product by Source Naturals. They make quality products and I have liked everything I have tried from this company.

I honestly don't think they'll have a hit with this sublingual supplement. The tablet is HUGE for a sublingual, about the size of 2.5 aspirins tablets! Tastes like vitamin B which is a flavor you don't want to savor. Does not dissolve smoothly. Now, I don't mind any of that much but do you think I could ever get someone in my family to use them? No way!

For supplement fanatics (like me) only. You have been warned!

These B vitamins are a good choice if you don't mind a little vitamin-y taste and a lump under your tounge. In exchange for that, you get a very effective, fast acting B vitamin.

If you are not interested in fast action, you may be fine with a regular capsule. In that case, I'm not sure if these are the best value.

I personally find these to give me a great energy and concentration boost at work. One of these, and espresso, some fast music, and a glass of water--and you are ready to rock.

Oh--and I actually like the flavor of these.

I used to take Superior Vit B tablets that dissolved under my tongue. They are small and tasty but weren't available when I looked on Amazon to order them. I tried Source Naturals b/c they offered more than just B12. I'm sorry I ordered them b/c two are required per dose, they're large, and they taste terrible (too much like vitamin residue from the pill you swallow).

I found these tablets to be extremely fast acting, and well worth the money. The taste leaves much to be desired; they're vitamins, not candy so it's easy to get over the flavor.

I am surprised there are not more positive reviews on this product. I have tried numerous sublingual b complex tablets in the past year. Some more expensive than this one, some cheaper. None have come close to comparing to the results I get from this one.

The flavor and size is just fine, exactly what I would expect from a quality sublingual. I take 3 per day. 2 in the morning with an Emergen C. And one late afternoon around 3pm. I feel an energy boost within 20 minutes. The tablets take about 15 minutes to completly dissolve. Do not rush this, give it time to absorb to see the wanted results. It will dissolve in less time if you drink a liquid while they are under your tongue. The tablets do leave an orange residue in your mouth and on your teeth for about 30 minutes. It is easy to rinse/brush away. Just do not smile while you have one in your mouth. Try and move the tablets to the opposite side of your tongue 2-3 times, to prevent any irritation. I failed to do this in the beginning and because I also use the GABA sublingual, I would up with a sore under my tongue.

If you are considering purchasing these, I high encourage it. if used properly, I would be surprised if anyone did not feel an energy boost. As a side note, I see a difference in my hair and nails as well. I assume this is due to the biotin in this formula.

This is not only huge (as the previous reviewer noted) it could only be considered "orange flavored" if by orange you mean the bitter part of the rind!! It is unpalatable. I hope it works swallowed ...
