This Product is great! I started having digestion problems several years after gallbladder removal. Alot of discomfort after every meal especially lunch and dinner. I was sick of all of this and went to the doctor and he just pushed on the right side of my abdomen and said I had gastritis!!Bull!! He gave me acid reducers which was going to make the problem worse. Well I started to do some research myself and was being my own doctor, and thats how i found this product.I still have to watch my fat intake and stress but let me tell you the pain is all gone and I am so thankful I found this product. I take this with every meal and even between meals sometime. We all need to take this stuff!! It does the job and then some! brendalee@inbox.com

I take these enzymes before lunch and dinner. They help with my digestion. I think these tablets have helped me lose some weight, just by the fact that my food is breaking down in a more balanced manner with these. They are especially good to take if you're going to be eating a heavy meal, with high calories or high fat. They help with indigestion. My chiropractor also told me that these are good for mucle aches and pains. I had no idea. So, if I strain muscles, I often take some extra of these. Good stuff.
