I use this for skin inflammation, though I know others using it for pain. Whatever the use, I found this to be a good product and I am going to continue to use and recommend to others. The 30 count is good to try it out. I wound up moving to a higher count since I use three tabs/day.

These definately have a nasty smell when you open the bottle and are giant (probably double the size of my multi-vit) but I have watched my son and fiance get sick multiple times this winter and they haven't passed it onto me like it usually happens. So I defintaley think it has boosted my immune power which is why I got them. Worth adding too your herbal regimen especially during cold and flu season
