Since I started taking Acai I feel great and totally energized. Another thing there are no side affects with these wonderful natural capsules! I start my day with one capsule and a glass of water and before lunch I take the second one with water. I had tried a different brand of acai and came back to this one. There was a difference and this one rocks!
