I read a lot about this product before I started taking it and was skeptical that it would do as it says. I've been battling high blood sugar numbers for a couple of years now, not diabetic, but borderline, so this was why I wanted to try it. I've been using this product for 2 weeks now and each day this week when I've tested my blood sugar, it has been 12 - 15 points below where it was. I haven't changed my diet so it has to be this product doing it. I'm back here today to order more. I haven't weighed myself but realized this morning that my pants are a bit looser than normal. It may be too early to really know for sure what is going on, but I feel good about this so wanted to share.

Gymnema, when taken regularly (4-5 tabs 2-3 times a day) before you get cravings, really helps. I don't think you have to take it forever just till you get over your sugar cravings and lose the weight you want to lose.
