I took huperzine for 6 weeks consistently, the effects are minimal but definitely noticeable if you pay attention. As with any supplement of this kind, the effects are only noticed when taken consistently, It won't pump up your adrenel response so you won't notice an immediate response. So unless you reflect and contemplate why you feel more in the moment (i.e. colors are brighter, music has much more of an impact, and you don't forget things as you once did, you won't really notice. I also have tried and highly recommend 50 Grams Oxiracetam Bulk Powder 5 times stronger than Piracetam. It's worked better for me than anything else for sharpening my focus and alertness. Like huperzine, the results are not immediate but the change in the way I've felt since taking this stuff has been pretty incredible.

I've tried a number of supplements over the years to help with mental focus and memory and nothing has worked better than a combination of huperzine and vinpocetine. When I take both of these in the morning, I can study, write, and focus all morning with no problem. I also take them occasionally in the late afternoon when I need a boost for the evening and there is a noticeable effect. The only downside to taking them later in the day is that I have difficulty getting to sleep but this is a minor annoyance considering the overall benefit.

When I started taking huperzine I experienced a bit of nausea so I started taking one half of a tablet and the problem went away. Overall, I'm very happy with the results, nothing works better!

Noticeable difference in memory when I have used for test prep and interview preparation. Also, I notice I fall into MUCH deeper sleep with considerable more "REM" sleep and more time spent dreaming. Too soon to tell for sure, but there has been a pretty substantial difference for me. I will have to keep tracking this over time.
