I took huperzine for 6 weeks consistently, the effects are minimal but definitely noticeable if you pay attention. As with any supplement of this kind, the effects are only noticed when taken consistently, It won't pump up your adrenel response so you won't notice an immediate response. So unless you reflect and contemplate why you feel more in the moment (i.e. colors are brighter, music has much more of an impact, and you don't forget things as you once did, you won't really notice. I did find the effects to be much more obvious when I included a racetam, specifically Pramiracetam 10 Grams Bulk Powder Strongest Racetam 15x Piracetam 10x Oxiracetam 5x Aniracetam, most interesting was the change in my ability to articulate my thoughts and ideas more instantaneously. Also added and recommend some type of Choline source, Choline Bitartrate 500 Grams. This combo has worked better for me than anything else for sharpening my focus and alertness. Like any supplement of this nature, the results are not immediate but the change in the way I've felt since taking this stuff has been pretty incredible.

I purchased this and take before bed, so that I have more vivid, lucid dreams. 200mg does the trick, but i 400 mg dreams are a lot of fun too. Almost tiring:-)

Noticeable difference in memory when I have used for test prep and interview preparation. Also, I notice I fall into MUCH deeper sleep with considerable more "REM" sleep and more time spent dreaming. Too soon to tell for sure, but there has been a pretty substantial difference for me. I will have to keep tracking this over time.
