I have most definitely been more than pleased with the boost in focus and concentration I have been experiencing with this product. If you've taken Huperzine before then you know what I'm talking about. Really does make a difference in every aspect of mental focus and thinking. Without a doubt, the best partner supplement for Huperzine is Vinpocetine Bulk Powder 25 Grams. The results go from vague and subtle, which trust me just a 1 percent boost in ability to focus/think more clearly is noticeable, to feeling like part of my brain has woken up to the point where I am accomplishing goals and tasks that in the past I probably wouldn't of even thought of doing.

I've taken huperzine in the past for its ability to enhance the lucidity in my dreams. It has always worked very well for me, don't know if I'd call it a focus enhancement supplement by itself though. I read a few articles that spoke of the benefits associated to combining Huperzine and Galantamine, so I tried that and the results were not much better. However, and this is a BIG however..I added 10 Grams (0.35 Oz) Choline CDP Citicoline Bulk Powder to the mix and WOW...some of the most vivid lucid dreaming I have ever experienced. I always take them before bed and lately the most exciting part of my day has been bed-time : )
A side note here...there are different versions of choline.
The one with the "cdp" at the end of its name is the strongest one out of the bunch and the one you want to use when supplementing for lucid dreaming. I've also taken Hurpenzine in the middle of the night, if I wake up to go to the bathroom. This also works well if you can do it because you already in a deep sleep so once the pills break down in your system,the effects tend to hit you alot harder.

I've tried a number of supplements over the years to help with mental focus and memory and nothing has worked better than a combination of huperzine and vinpocetine. When I take both of these in the morning, I can study, write, and focus all morning with no problem. I also take them occasionally in the late afternoon when I need a boost for the evening and there is a noticeable effect. The only downside to taking them later in the day is that I have difficulty getting to sleep but this is a minor annoyance considering the overall benefit.
When I started taking huperzine I experienced a bit of nausea so I started taking one half of a tablet and the problem went away. Overall, I'm very happy with the results, nothing works better!
