I use hyaluronic acid in conjunction with other pills to help with arthritis relief, but the difference this makes in the appearance of my skin is quite noticeable! After all, it helps your body retain water; not so that you become bloated, but enough that movement is freer. I also notice a difference when I go off the stuff (like I forget to reorder in time)--it works that fast.
