Review of the product would be good, since I have used it previously, but the last order still hasn't arrived, and is long overdue.

i read that inosine helps the brain after stroke. i read this in many articles. i have found it is truly helping my memory.

I bet 95% of the people buying this product don't even know what it does in the body. Inosine is the molecule in the wobble position on the tRNA for normal translation process. Your body naturally makes it. Basically, this pill does nothing for your body. You will just metabolize it and turn it to fat (by lipolysis) or glucose (by gluconeogenesis).

So please, stop listening to "health experts" who try to shove all these kinds of vitamins, supplements, and herbs on you when you don't need them. A balanced diet and moderate exercise will give you everything you need and your body will love you for it. If you feel any sort of change from taking things like Inosine they're psychosomatic processes where you THINK you're benefiting but you're actually not. Taking things like this is doing nothing for you. You're wasting your money. Take this ONLY under the prescription of your doctor (if they would ever prescribe such a thing).
