it works ok!
I'm using St. John's Wort to treat/keep under control anxiety/depression. if it doesn't keep up, I'm adding 400 mg of SAM-e per day. anyway, 400 mg is still not enough, so they are a nice blend :P

I do find this beneficial for my mood; it seems to help me to have a more positive outlook. I've used it off and on for the last several years, and I feel more optimistic and less prone to getting down in the dumps when I'm taking it. The recommended dosage is one capsule three times per day; I'm lucky to remember once a day. It does take a couple of weeks of taking at least one capsule per day before I feel any benefit. If you don't wash it down well, you'll get a grassy aftertaste though.
