My memory is so much better after having taken this product. It does not happen over night but it really is great. Actually my memory is better then it was when I was younger. I understand it is also used to help maintain a healthy liver.

I bought this on a hope, I have to say I am not disappointed, my joints are in much better shape when I take these capsules on a regular basis, I know when I am missing the regular dose, by the pain in the joints.A great investment in my personal well being. |
