The first time I took this product was on a fairly empty stomach. That is something I would advise that you DO NOT do. Because it contains various stimulants..the effect was overwhelming. I would only take this with some food.

Does it work? I think it does. I wouldnt say there was a dramatic effect on my sex drive..but it took very little to get me going. If you are looking for viagra...go buy viagra...but if you are looking for something that will increase your sex drive from time to time...its a good product.

UPDATE: (a few months later)
I was taking 1 and crushing it up with food an hour before I wanted results. It also helps to do that and add one more tab another hour later... better results were had.
BUT, I have now stopped again. My sinus congestion is becoming more sensitive and taking one creates the sinus issues all over again. Just a warning, it may happen to others but if you don't have sensitive sinuses you can beat this problem... I couldn't.

Update: third time to try these was a Success!! No swollen sinus', I guess my issues from other meds have cleared up. No need to go back to Horny Goat Weed since this product has it and many other proven natural ED ingredients.

First review: I tend to get swollen sinus's from the traditional ED products so I thought I'd give these a try.
After using them twice, I'm not totally pleased. I'm still getting swollen sinus's, they tend to give me a flushing feeling (similar to high dose niacin) but they did work fairly well, as promoted. I'd suggest giving these a try since the price is minimal. I probably will go back to Horny Goat Weed products since the flushing and swelling issues aren't a problem, but this product is better than the weed.

This works reliably and wonderfully.
I found this by looking at the most expensive
enhancer out there...I forget the name of it now, maybe Orexis,
which I actually bought. Orexis worked, but their ingredients were
made public of course, so I just found another product that had pretty much
the same ingredients--Male Response. It's 10 to 20 times cheaper.

If you had told me 20 or even 10 years ago that that my wife(I wasn't married back then) would want sex more often than me I would have told you that you were crazy. Lo and behold, that is exactly the situation I found myself in when I got married almost two years ago. She is always interested and it was straining our relationship. I have tried various desire boosting remedies, but this one seems the most effective. I don't have the sex drive of a 20 year old, but let's just say that my wife has noticed the difference. The product ingredients seem to be a a lot and powerful. But they are not so much.I have been trying this for a week and still only find that it gives you a little libido increase. Some ingredients percentage in the bottle is different to the ingredients advertised. The advertised list show it includes Damania leaf but it is not included in the bottle ingredient list. The product is reasonably priced but its working effect is slow and not so powerful. I think it is because of the tablets they use. Tablets are somewhat smelly, hard to swallow and they are hard for your stomach to digest. Anyway, if you want to try this, try by drinking with warm water, the effect is more powerful. I will update the results later.

ITs like gingseng with some extras. I say take early and give it a few hours to kick in. I like the different vitamins in it.

Male Response is a pretty good product. They have some helpful vitamins and herbs in their Tablets.
If you have allergys i would reccomend taking medication before taking this product, because it has
Horny Goat Weed in it. Which is like a grass .

It does give you energy and actually helped me concentrate .

Take one pill at a time with food throughout the day.
I made the mistake of taking 3 pills on an empty stomach and
had the jitters all day, along with a runny nose. Taking one
with breakfast, another with lunch, etc. works well for me and
it does increase my desire and sensitivity. I take these during the
week, but not on weekends when I use Cialis..Great weekend!

this is a good product but if you not use to this can of product be carefull recomend to drik one pill the furst time very reliable

I have not used this product enough to give a review yet. I actually ordered this by mistake. I really wanted to order Prosta Response. I see you are not suppose to take this if you have high blood pressure, which I do, but figure if I take only 1 a day I should be okay.
