Several years back my mother read about how Red Marine Algea can protect against cold sores. As I was taking powerful prescription medicine that was COSTLY I welcomed this information. After taking Red Marine Algea on a daily basis I found out that I had no cold sores if I continued a daily regimine. I had to switch to this brand and it has continued with sucess. I can be pregnant, nursing, or just a "normal" woman and still take this product! It is well worth taking.

My husband has suffered from painful canker sores for most of his life. Times of stress or illness would often cause multiple sores to erupt at once. Not only would he get them on the insides of his mouth and tongue, but sometimes down into his throat. We tried EVERYTHING from vaccines to topical medications to prescriptions. Nothing worked. He had some luck with lysine, but still the sores plagued him. Following some research he decided to try Red Marine Algae. He bought his first bottle at our local health food store. By the end of that first bottle we both knew we had found something that finally helped, a lot! And, without side-effects. I decided to make sure he would never run out of this miracle remedy and found that I could purchase TWO bottles from Amazon for less than the one cost at our local health food store. He really likes the Source Naturals brand and plans to continue using Red Marine Algae to combat canker sores.
