I buy these for my boys - 8 & 10 (not rated for children, however!) to help them settle down to go to sleep. They taste good and it really helps them. I used to buy the 300 tab bottle, but not available now.

This review is from: Source Naturals - Melatonin Sublingual/Orange, 1 mg, 100 tablets (Health and Beauty)
This product does what it states. It gives your body the slight push it needs to fall asleep when you're having trouble. I like the sublingual tablets because they seem to work faster than the traditional pills you swallow and they have a pleasant orange flavor. My only gripe is that they don't dissolve as easily as other sublingual tablets I've taken. These require you to move them around under your tongue to get them to dissolve. Others I've taken dissolve quicker without manipulation under your tongue. Still, this won't stop me from buying these again. They do what they're supposed to and the price is very reasonable.

Ideal help for my boy to fall asleep,

This review is from: Source Naturals - Melatonin Sublingual/Peppermint, 1 mg, 300 sublingual tablets (Health and Beauty)
Our son (9) had problems falling asleep.
'till The familydoctor prescribed melatonine 1mg. It helped him a lot, and made the evenings of his parents pleasant again. Unfortunately health-insurrances in the Netherlands don't cover the costs of melatonin, and on top of that in the Netherlands melatonin 1mg is not freely sold out on the market; only through the pharmacists at about four times the costs of buying it in the States and having it shipped overseas. We are pleased with this great stuff!!! 2115|R26XNLHW04A2M2;2115|RB7DS927KHMHX;2115|R33O5XON54D704;
