I take Life Force Multiple every day, along with Source Natural's Wellness Formula. I tried switching once, and felt a little sore throat coming on. I doubled the Wellness Formula and got over it soon. The most dramatic result I found was that my prostate actually shrank after taking the multiples. I attribute it to the saw palmetto in the multiples. Since I am now 71, I have trouble swallowing the large tablets, but they can be broken apart to ease the process.

I have the womens vitamin and love them so got these for my husband- he noticed a difference, and on days he forgets to take them he definitely notices he is tired by late afternoon. With these he has energy all day and through the evening! As he says, "they work." They can turn your urine more yellow- this way you know you are digesting them!

This is way better than Opti-men, Gnc mega men or any other mens multi. This has all the ingredients you need to stay Super Healthy!

I'm pleased with the freshness and the generous nutritional content of these tablets. The yellow coloring provides a convenient reminder of how long it's been since I've last taken one. It helps to take a larger gulp of water to get one down. These are an excellent multivitamin choice.

I subscribed the 180-count container to benefit from what I know is a great deal here on Amazon; I got twice as many tablets for only a few dollars more than what I had previously paid at my local stores for the ninety tablet container, which was the largest quantity stocked on the shelf.

I really do not notice a difference between this one and the energy activator one by the same company. I think the other is cheaper so I would probably reccomend that one. However, this does give you the boost that I expected. No complaints.
