This supplement is the absolute best zinc available. I was unable to grow fingernails, as my protein absorption was weak until I started taking this supplement. Now I am trimming fingernails, and the protein absorption is enabling me to engage in a risky sport I thought I'd have to give up for lack of muscle strength.

All zinc is hard on the stomach - makes you nauseous. This zinc is less likely to cause nausea than any I've tried. Don't take any zinc in the morning, and take this with the largest meal of the day.

The size of the tablets is easily manageable, husband has trouble with large pills and I have trouble with compounds used for many pills binders. No problems here.

It has not upset our stomach, though we are careful to take with food, this seems easier on the tummy. Results are not overnight, but noticeable.
