I'd been having hot flashes lasting 3 minutes around 4 in the afternoon (like a timer reminding me to take them) and after I went to bed for months. I haven't had them since I began the pregnenolone but I also started black cohosh so I'm not really sure what did it.

As far as I know, the pregnenolone is working fine. My pain management doc prescribed it, but I had to buy it over-the-counter. Amazon's price was much lower than my local health food store.
