I feel 50 again :-)
If you are feeling older than your years, you may wish to try this. It replaces that which age diminishes. Not a stimulant, so no caffeine like jitters or sugar highs and lows, it just helps you feel more like your former self, before you got "old".

Haven't had best experience with it...
My last review was not allowed to be published! so, here is a new one! I do not think the dosage is as high as it should be for the price. I do not feel the effects as I used to. One needs up to 800 mg a day of this to do any good for the brain. This is about a week's supply... Oh they canceled my subscribe and save subscription and not letting me know a...

One of those supplements that is great for overall health. Source Naturals is a well tested brand through independent lab testing, and the R-form of ALA is superior. Don't get regular ALA as that is the S- form and not well utilized by the body.Even better if you can get the Na-R-ALA form, but this R- form will do as well. Knocked down a star since it's not the Na-R form, but still a solid supplement.

Following the rule of synergy, I am wondering how many of the other supplements I purchased from Amazon did not work because I ran out of R+ Lipoic Acid? Should I return all? Why is the price now so much higher after my last subscription was canceled? Shame on Amazon...

I think that this is a good supplement to take, and will continue doing so, though I will be switching back to Source Naturals alpha lipoic acid tablets, as I actually felt a difference in energy while taking them.

I BUY THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE USED LIPOIC ACID FOR SOMETIME, I REALLY DON'T THINK IT MAKES MUCH DIFFERENCE IN ANY HEALTH ISSUE.
