I have been taking two doses daily of Resveratrol for over three years.

I can not make any claims that this extract of grapes will give you any life extension.

But, after reading much literature on the french paradox, for the cost of approx 20 cents per day I think that taking resveratrol could be a worthy investment if future studies prove that Antioxidant Supplements are modulators of increased lifespans.

I have taken other manufacturers including Paradise Herbs and Jarrow Synergy.

Read the recent Harvard study and the NYTs article on Aging Drugs, looks like Resveratrol is very good for me.

Each Cap Yields approx 10 milligrams of Resveratrol.

Of course, before taking any health supplements, I strongly suggest you inform your health care advisor.

Now, I've upped to three Resveratrol doses per day.

I quit smoking, gained 12 pounds and can't loose it not matter how much i starve and exercize. I'm still on my "eat very little and exercize heaps", but now i'm starting to loose weight. Not sure if it's related to the reservatrol, or maybe my body is finally starting to get back to normal after giving up a year ago.

But no harm in it! Makes your urin bright orange. Don't be alarmed. It's normal.
