I've been taking tonalin CLA since March and I have lost 10 lbs. Seriously. I went from 179 to 169, so far. I take this along with chromium and green tea extract twice a day. I haven't changed my exercise routine, though I do exercise almost every day. I also watch my calorie intake, but I was doing that beforehand also. I would think that this would work best for someone without a lot of muscle mass and who is obese/overweight but is exercising with a routine that includes muscle toning, not just aerobics. I do believe that CLA helped break me out of my weight plateau and I will keep using it.

dont get me wrong cla's are a great supplement but when i bought these i thought because of the name that they were 1000mg pills but ended up being only 750mg. by doing this they are making this cla very expensive.

Taking this gave me a lot of energy, nearly doubled my jogging time. So it may be breaking fat and producing energy. great. 4 stars.

But it may gradually cause Diabetes and Liver problems.

The same applies for Vitamin world Tonain CLA and all CLA products. Not specific to this one.

I was excited at first to see 1000mg CLA pills because that is hard to find at this price. They didn't list the dosage so I assumed that was per pill, not!!! It was per dose. This made me mad because the price, based on the dosage, was horrible! I had to take so many of them in each of my stacks that the bottle didn't last long. I got a better deal at walmart.

CLA is an awesome supplement just don't get mislead. If dosage information is not shown, don't buy it!

Advertised as 1000mg, when indeed you have to take 3 pills to achieve the recommended dosage of 1000mg. So, the 120 pills that are in the container will only give you 40 doses. Very misleading when it clearly says on the bottle 1000 CLA. Then, if you are taking it 3 times per day as recommended, the bottle only lasts for 2 weeks. Next time I will buy in the store, so I know what I am buying.

My Dr. recommended I take CLA along with my diet and exersize program. I found this product to be a lot cheaper than what I could find at the local health food store, and this actually has a higher milligram per capsule. Since taking this I have found it does help with weight loss, and it has also helped with my digestion and constipation and my hair looks much shinier, and I feel more energetic so go figure. I don't know if it was supposed to do all that, but is sure has for me!

CLA has helped me to lose my body fat from the inside. My family can tell the difference!

My waistline is coming back and I feel sexy again! I will never do without this product. Thanks to scientis who care enough to discover things like this!

I like this product because it has no harmful additives and makes me aware of what I am eating...I have ordered it twice now and it seems priced fair also! maggiemay

I had gained 60+ pounds in 12 years and with my 50th birthday looming, decided it was finally time to do something about it. I had not exercised in more than a decade, but on 5/23/2011 started walking to and from work (1.5 miles each way) 5 days per week, along with cutting out my daily candy and chips. I did not lose one ounce until taking Tonalin CLA in August, then lost 11 pounds in a month!! I am now also walking 30 minutes on a treadmill 5-6 days a week, in addition to minor weight training 2-3xper week and continue walking to work. Not sure if it's the CLA or increased activity, or both, but I am now 175 lbs.--down from a high of 215. Being female and 50, I did not think it possible to lose weight after fighting this battle my entire life. Something is working for me now and I can't explain it, but I'm giving some credit to CLA. It's definitely worth a try!!! I am not doing any special eating program, but have significantly cut back on sugars and junk food . I think CLA + decreased calories + increased activity WORKS! I'll update review if I ever reach my goal of 150 lbs. Good luck to all....
