4 stars for immediate effectiveness. Only drawback is that you cannot use this continuously. It is heavy on the kidneys as is all medicine. The calmness and instant joint, arthritic relief is evident right after 3 days of usage. I reccomend this to anyone with osteoperosis or arthritis. It is also good to take as soon as you wake up for instant energy. It's expensive but worth it. It is not like pills where they corrode your stomach lining. It is also not that bad on kidneys unless you take this everyday. Otherwise it is extremely healthy with no side effects.

The preservative in this stuff is real strong and makes it taste like cough syrup- or , if not cough syrup, something as equally unpleasant and familiar from back in the days i used to take pharmaceuticals (childhood).

i wonder what could happen to gold without it- would it spoil? hm.

i like their colloidal silver, that's got no preservatives.

After taking this daily for a week I noticed that the aches and pains in my hips, lower back, and knees were virtually gone. I also noticed a lift in my mood as well, perhaps as a side effect from being pain-free for the first time in about 5 years. Truly a miraculous effect. I would recommend this to anyone with arthritis-type conditions. Amazing!
