A friend of mine swore by these. I though she may have gotten a job with the company. Turns out she has made a believer out of more than a few people.

I have been into health foods, vitamins and supplements for a long time. I don't get excited as easily as I used to. However this is a well made formula. It has helped my family and I get over some really bad coughs this year. There is definitely something to it. It contains the usually round up of echinacea and goldenseal, but it also has many other herbs and ingredients that must be proportioned very well.

I certainly recommend these to anyone looking for an immune system boost. This is the capsule version. I think it delivers more of a punch than the tablet version. Keep in mind you do have to take 6 capsules while you only have to take 3 tablets. Also the smell is a bit strong and not that great. You can taste it more with the capsules. Otherwise this is a great supplement to take when you feel a little sickness coming on.

This stuff really works for me! I have recommended it to everyone I know who gets colds.

Take three of these huge tablets two or more times a day at the very first signs of a cold to ward off infection or lessen the symptoms.

Before I learned about Wellness Formula, I got colds at every season. And at least one or two of them were very severe. When I take the tablets at the first signs, now I only develop colds once or twice a year, and the symptoms are much milder and manageable without the use of medications and their side-effects.

Some people like to take one or two tablets daily to maintain their immune system. I find that it is better (and more economical) to take two tablets twice a day while travelling or when exposed to "cold-catching" conditions (infected persons, wet, damp weather or clothing, etc.)

You will experience some mild "garlic breath" with this product, but you can take an internal breath freshener like Crystal Breath to get rid of it. Due to "volume pricing," you'll get a great price at Amazon, but if you're not yet convinced, you can try a small bottle first, available at many vitamin stores.

We bought the 90 tablet pill version (these are solid pills) from a GNC and they worked well. They do smell a bit and where somewhat hard to swallow, but we started using them at any sign of a cold. We never had any side effects. Recently, we bought the 240 capsule size (these are made with a soft gell capsule) via AMAZON as the savings vs the pills was almost 50%.

My wife and I both experienced abdominal pains after taking these capsules. We tested this several times and each time we had the same low grade abdominal pain. It was almost as if your inards where inflammed. It wouldnt last very long, but it was obviously from the gell capsules. We bought the 90 tablet pills again from GNC and did not have any problems with the product.

I am not sure why we would have pains from the capsule vs the pills for the same product, but these are my recommendations.

1) Make sure the reseller is an authorized reseller for Source Naturals. They list the vendors on their web site [...] This will prevent any, potentially dangerous, knock offs getting in your hands.
2) Before you buy, ask for the shelf life of the product you receive. We bought the 240 capsules and the shelf life was only a few months. If you buy the pills from a store, you can see the expiry date is much longer.
3)Buy the pills vs the capsules. They may smell and may be harder to swallow, but I believe they are better for you. The counter argument may be they dont break down as fast, but capsules can spoil faster than solid pills and could also be more easily tampered with.
4) If you encounter any pains. STOP taking this product and see your doctor. Dont forget to take the tablets with you for your check up. Wellness Products should not cause any pains or discomfort.

I am a casting director. I meet, interview and shake hands with up to approximately 150 people per day. There are just so many times you can use Purell after shaking hands. Wellness Formula is the best......every day I simply follow the directions and take it in every season. An especially fine product for people who are prone to continual colds and allergy complaints.

This is a good product but beware if you have allergies. I took two doses of 3 pills each, The first dose no reaction,but upon the second i had tightness in my chest and difficult breathing.There are mamy herbals in this product and evidently i am allergic to one of them.I would caution use if you have allergies or try another product all together. I first started using Welness Formula a couple of years ago. Being from New England and working in an office environment I catch cold constantly in winter. It was recommended to me by the sales staff in Whole Foods. I got the tab version, not the capsules. You need to take 3 caps every 3 hours and they smell strong, very strong. Last year I had to go to a business trip in the middle of winter and I was feeling terribly sick, during the trip the only thing that made me continue was my Welness Formula. It definitely makes you feel much better within half an hour. Of course you need to still rest and try to recover, but when you do not have the time to do that it gives you the strength to continue your day. I love it and I recommend it all the time to my friends and coworkers.

I take one pill a day to boost my immune system and to ward off colds and the flu. This product works wonders. I am a member of the clergy and come in contact with a large number of people, especially on the weekends. There is no way I can always remember, or have the time to wash my hands, after greeting people as they leave church. In the past this has resulted in three or four colds each winter. Since taking Wellness Formula I haven't had a cold. What a blessing this is, especially around Christmas time when I can least afford to be sick. Yes the pills have a terrible smell and they could almost choke a horse when you try to swallow them, but the trade-off, good health, is worth any inconvenience.

I have used this product for about 2 years and have not missed any work due to illness. When I feel like I'm coming down with a cold, sore throat, head or chest congestion, etc., I immediately start taking these pills or capsules as directed. Usually by the 2nd day I'm fine and feeling normal again. I highly recommend this product!
