I like this brand and I can usually find the best price on Amazon (with free shipping).

Two years. I moved up north to attend law school and the first four months I caught a number of bugs and was constantly struggling with sinuses, a cough, and other general ailments. I started doing research and came across Oil of Oregano. A bit skeptical but willing to try it based on what I'd read, I ordered a bottle. I have not been sick since. Not a sniffle.

I usually had one good cold or a touch of the flu each year anyway, but I don't even experience that anymore. Nothing.

I have read that some people have stomach problems with the oil and capsules. I have not. No aftertaste or reaction at all. I will warn you that the oil should not be taken straight. It is strong. I take the capsules because I don't want to have mix anything.

Oregano oil is not the same thing. The Oil of Oregano should also be standardized to at least 75% carvacrol.

I found the Source Naturals Oil of Oregano to leave a bad taste for hours after I take the capsules. It seems unnatural for the taste/smell to be there that long. It is very obvious if you happen to burp. Anyone who has taken/used oil of oregano knows that it does NOT have a pleasant taste in the first place.

I did not have this issue with the Nature's Way brand that I used previously. Maybe it means the Nature's Way was not as effective, but I did not see a difference in results between the two. I would prefer to use the ones that I do not taste for hours. I have taken oil of oregano in juice and have made my own capsules from oil before and also have the taste for long periods of time. I wanted to avoid this by getting pre-made capsules.
