4.0 out of 5 stars This Album Is Bangin', April 3, 2005
This review is from: The Source Presents Hip Hop Hits, Vol. 9 (Audio CD)
Most of the songs on here were hot. I am glad that I copped this.

1. Lil' Flip - Game Over - don't like the man, but I love this song. Also on the album "U Gotta Feel Me". 10/10
2. Akon feat. Styles P - Locked Up - a hot collabo; this was a Buzzworthy song (If you watch MTV, you know what Buzzworthy is). Also on Akon's album "Trouble" and Styles P's upcoming album "Time is Money". 10/10
3. Juvenile feat. Soulja Slim - Slow Motion - a hot jam in the summer; it's too bad that Soulja Slim could not live to see the success of this song. Also on Juvenile's album "Juve The Great". 9/10
4. Ludacris - Blow It Out - a song that disses Bill O'Reilly; good song, but outdated at this point. Also on the album "Chicken and Beer". 8/10
5. Mase - Welcome Back - his return song that was hot in the summer and a Buzzworthy joint. Also on the album "Welcome Back". 9/10
6. Petey Pablo - Freek-A-Leek - I STILL love this song!!! Lil' Jon always has a hot song; sounds similar to Usher's "Yeah". Also on the album "Still Writing In My Diary: 2nd Entry". 10/10
7. Houston feat. Chingy, I-20 and Nate Dogg - I Like That - I think that this is a really stupid song. Shoulda had Ludacris and Shawnna rather than Chingy and I-20. This should NOT be on this album. Also on Houston's album "It's Already Written". 3/10
8. Young Gunz - No Better Love - this is a REALLY old song. This should not be on there just for the fact that this is outdated. Also on the album "Tough Luv". 7/10
9. Twista - Overnight Celebrity - everybody hates this song, but I love it. Features Kanye West on the hook. Also on the album "Kamikaze". 10/10
10. Slum Village feat. Kanye West - Selfish - not as popular a asong as I expected, but I still like it. Also on Slum Village's album "Detroit Deli". 8/10
11. Mobb Deep - Got It Twisted - I love them and the song. It's too bad everybody hates the album. This is one of their best songs ever. Also on the album "Amerikaz Nightmare". 9/10
12. Ray Benzino - Bottles and Up - I like the song, but not the man. But at least this is better than Eminem's latest album. Also on the album "Arch Nemesis". 8/10
13. Lil' Scrappy - No Problem - a hot summer jam; another Buzzworthy song. Also on the album "Lil Jon presents: Trillville and Lil' Scrappy". 10/10
14. Lil' Wayne feat. Mannie Fresh - Bring It Back - hot collabo with the two Cash Money rappers. Didn't blow up the way "Go DJ" did but still a great song. Also on the album "The Carter". 8/10
15. T.I. - Rubberband Man - I STILL love this song! This was a Buzzworthy as well; I do not like Lil' Flip, so I support T.I. Also on the album "Trap Muzik". 10/10
16. Ray Benzino and The Untouchables - Don't Hate - another filler song; I stop the album after hearing "Rubberband Man". 2/10

Overall, I like this album, but should have included "Lean Back", "On Fire" and "Drop It Like It's Hot", rather than the songs that I gave low ratings.
