This is better than flax for omega 3's and fiber. I put 2 level tablespoons in a little cup of natural(no sugar) applesauce at breakfast and whatever else i want to eat and am not hungry again until around 1pm. I have to force myself to eat sometimes as i don't have that "diabetic" sugar drop like i used to after breakfast and get hungry again quickly. One of the best supplements i use.

Am very pleased with Salba. Easy to use, does not affect taste of the food I've put it in. Texture is ok too.

This was my first time to try Salba grain and it truely lives up to the advertising. It's easy to use in the ground form by adding it to anything you are cooking. I've tried it in oatmeal, biscuits, tuna & noodles, and scones. It's a thickener so you may need to add more liquid to a recipe. I've found my energy is more consistant through out the day and I don't get hungry as quickly. It has a very mild flavor so thus can be used with other food easily.

This product has been really good for me. I have inflammation and I can tell a great difference since I have included it in my daily food intake. Was a little concerned about texture and taste after product arrived but there is NO taste and/or texture when you eat it. I sprinkle it on my salad and in some soup to eat. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking to get more Omega3 in their diet. Good product just wish it was available in the US.

I use a few tablespoons of this in my morning oatmeal and have found that it provides a definite boost to my energy. I'm not sure that all the health claims are true, as I do not monitor my cholesterol and lipids, but it does help sustain my energy and keeps me from getting hungry for a couple extra hours after use. After using it for a few weeks, I was able to extend my morning run at least 50% over the prior length I had previously obtained before having to drop down to a walk.

Worth the money, but by the bigger container. You'll want to continue using this product.

I have only used this product for a couple of weeks but its effects are promising enough that I'll reorder it from Amazon.

This is a must item in your pantry if you are watching what you eat and leading a healthy lifestyle. It has no taste so it can easily be added to any food. I add it to my oatmeal, yogurt, and salads to name a few.

This is a great product. This can be used in so many every day things, I use it in the shakes or smoothies I make. I also use other salba products like the seeds and pills they have.

This is ground too finely, it makes a slimey mush in my cereal bowl. I loved the salbe in the bottle, it stayed grainy

This stuff is so sticky that it's hard to sprinkle on food, and any little bits that end up on your dishes or silverware have to be scoured off. Cooking with it is even worse, all you get is clumps. I think I'll stick with my NKO pills.
