The product came nicely and securely packaged. Directions were put together clearly. The product is solid and very stable.

My only critiques are:

1: the wood isn't perfectly smooth.
2: It said there was a template for the placement of the holes (for mounting to the wall), but I could not find any.

Overall a good product though.

This unit is more sturdy that I expected and looks very nice. We used this for a shelf in our living room and it works perfectly. It was very easy to put together, just make sure you have a drill at home because you will need to drill two holes in the wall to mount it. After mounting to the wall it is very secure and I am very pleased with this purchase!

Beware, you will have a bit of assembly to do. But they make it extremely idiot proof and should not take too long. One part of the intructions (The "template" for drilling the holes in the wall before mounting it) was no where to be found, but honestly we did not really need it. It looks great on the wall, and I am 100% satisfied with it and definately recommend it to all!

Lots of clutter such as hair dryer, shave cream, wash cloths are easily placed on this shelf. Some assembly is required, and in our case, some dowel holes were omitted, so we used a drill to make holes...and a little cracking occurred, but nothing to take a negative look at. Black color in which we chose, looks great in a white walled bathroom.

I bought this shelf because they don't make anything out of wood anymore. For the price I'm satisfied. It did have a couple of dings and the part that "IS" made of wood was cracked. Do not install with the screws it came with, they will never hold. I had to use molly bolts. If you "stand back" it looks pretty nice.

Beautiful product, but much larger than I thought. Make sure to check dimensions. Can't use it in the place I had planned, but will use it somewhere else!
