I'm not on the South Beach Diet. I'm not on any diet, actually. But I love these cereal bars! Normally I'm not a big fan of non-whole foods, but these give me energy, taste great, and don't make me feel like I'm abusing my body with bad ingredients. The cranberry bars only have 7g of sugar (not including sugar alcohols), and 3 grams of fiber, not to mention 10 grams of protein and other added vitamins. You can feel good about eating these tasty treats!

These cranberry bars are fabulous. The taste great and are not dry like some breakfast bars. I feel like I am eating a treat without the guilt and best of all they are low sugar and 10g of protein.

I bought a box, and will definitely finish them rather than toss them away but they taste artificial. Also, take a look at the ingredient lists. Not very natural or wholesome. Too bad...
