I was very unhappy with this carry that I purchased, especially when I wasn't aware there were NO RETURNS. I don't like the carrier and I feel like I was mislead because it looks nothing like the picture they advertise, so SAVE your money and don't purchase this item its way too big for my 7 lb dog and isnt nearly as cute and its made out to be online.
