These are really delicious little candy bars. What a treat at only 100 calories and 6 grams of protein. The only negative is that you only get tiny bits of almonds, not big pieces and they are slightly chewy. from the picture I expected it to be like a milky way-more whipped, not chewy. But they're really yummy and instead of going to the vending machine at work and eating something bad for you, you can have a candy bar and still be healthy!

These are so delicious that it's hard to believe they are good for you. I certainly recommend them.

I should blame myself for not thinking much of the South Beach "Whipped Chocolate Almond Delight" bars. Anything that sounds like candy is likely to behave like candy. It will come in small pieces and you will want more. These weigh under one ounce and are too small to be satisfying. Eating a second is tempting, and there goes the supposed value of a low-fat, low-cal snack. It tastes very artificial, which is not a surprise if you read the ingredients.

I normally love this product so when our grocery store discontinued them, I sent for them from Amazon. When the 5 pack arrived, the chocolate was sticking to the wrapper and rhe taste was not as good as I remembered. This is the first disappointment I've had in years of sending for products from Amazon so I will still be a frequent customer.

I an on Weight Watchers diet. I carry this bar always with me, in case I get hungry or snack attack. Rather than going to a fast food, or buying a candy bar, this bar fits within my Weight Watcher Points. It is large enough, satisfies my chocolate buds, don't feel deprived, and enough energy to get home to cook a healthy meal.

At home I cut it up and have it with a cut up banana - a real filling treat.

I like the chocolate flavor, decent enough size (although a small bar-big wrapper). I wish it had a little bit more crunchiness. I like that it is not too sweet- often diet foods are too sweet (to substitute for lack of fat??)

This is the best protein bar I have ever had. Forget protein, it is just awesome anyway! They are not the highest bar for protein content, but they are by far the best. I love this and eat them without feeling guilty. They are a little hard to find, which is why I now have them on autoship from Amazon.

These bars are sooo good. They do taste like a candy bar and I love the just right amount of crunchy almonds. Amazon, pls keep them available! Cheaper here than the grocery stores.
My doctor recommended South Beach nutrition and this part of the diet is the best.

these bars are yummy - some people though have told me that they are a little too sweet. they really taste like a candy bar and for 100 calories they are pretty much guilt free. this is not a big bar. i have one everyday in the middle of the afternoon at work as a snack.

These bars tasted like delicious chocolate almond candy bars! They were so good, I literally couldn't stop eating them, which is definitely not a good thing when you're on South Beach and trying to lose weight. I had to cancel my auto-delivery subscription because they were just too good!
