If you are a fan of South Park, you will probably not be satisfied with one or two seasons on DVD, so count on getting each season. This set is great for those who have not purchased any of the DVDs yet. It includes each season release to date from the classic first episodes through the season that introduces Timmy and the fourth grade teacher Miss Choksondik. The biggest complaints about these DVDs are the annoying (first two seasons) or lack of (third and fourth seasons) extras. I, however, would rather have the seasons come out quickly without tons of extras than to have to wait long periods for each to be released with loads of extras I will probably never get around to watching (i.e. The Simpsons). The one problem I have with this set is the price. Even at the discount, each set is 40 dollars! Shopping around, even at your local stores, you can probably find these DVDs in the mid 30 dollar range. Shop around a little more, and you will no doubt uncover even better deals. It seems to me that if you are going to buy all four seasons at the same time you should get a substantial discount. These DVDs (especially the first two seasons and the fourth season, as I think the third season is a little weak) are worth it, but if you have waited this long to buy these at least shop around. You may save enough to buy season five!

I am a fan of this series so I have nothing bad to say about any of the seasons! This set is great to get someone started in a DVD collection or to give to someone who has a good sense of humor!

This south park season 1-4 box set is awesome! I am not going to complain about price because it is worth it. Now, in my opinion, south park is the greatest cartoon ever created. Sure, there are other great cartoons out there like family guy, futurama, and the simpsons, but south park pushes the envelope on profanity, and hilarity. Plus, its four seasons! Sure you might want to wait for season five, six, or seven to come out, but I really do think that the first four seasons are the best. My favorite seasons are season 3 and 4, not 1 and 2 because they just aren't too funny, but no south park box is really complete without them. I have had this set for 3 weeks and I still haven't finished watching all the episodes yet. If you are even a little bit interested in south park, then I highly recommend this set. A must have. 6/5 stars!

In my opinion South Park is the best animated show ever made. But most of you other SP fans already knew that. There are many hilarious episodes in seasons 1-4, so if you like the show at all, I advise you get them. South Park is now going on 10 seasons, and I don't think there is a single one that was not completely laugh-out-loud funny. When I first saw South Park, I thought it was stupid and pointless. It seemed like nothing more than an idiotic show with crappy animation. But the more I watched it, I saw how funny it was. Many people (mostly adults) were saying that it is crude, dirty, pointless trash that was nothing more than a bad influence on any children who just happened to be flipping through the channels and found Comedy Central. Well, first of all: WATCH THE FREAKIN SHOW! Although it is crude and practically pointless, that's what makes it so funny! And I think that you will find that SP is not all cussing and sex (it even has the occasional hidden moral!)Even though Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy, ATHF, etc. are funny shows, you just can't beat South Park. I mean, even though the Simpsons is great, and it DID bridge the gap between adult humor and animation, it was the show that had serious parts and lessons to teach. South Park is not like that (usually). A lot of people find it offensive, but SP is not meant to be taken seriously. It is about having fun and screwing around. And it is not one ethnicity or race that is ridiculed. Catholics, Jews, Blacks, Whites. Everyone and everything is made fun of here. And now if you compare SP with all of these new adult animated shows (some of which are basically animated porn), South Park is not that bad! So, in conclusion, I think any fans who like South Park should definately buy this, and if you don't like the show make sure you watch a full episode before complaining. I think you will find it hilarious (especially episodes revolving around Cartman, who is my all-time favorite character). Hope this helped!

These dvd's rock. It is the funniest thing i've seen since the south park Movie. My favorite season is season 4. People say that south park is for adults only (...). Buy this it is worth the money.
