I receieved the platform bed a couple of weeks ago. The assembly was easy considering I was the only person working on it. It looks good, but by no means is it as good a quality as you would find on a more reknown furniture store. What suprised me was how low it was to the ground. If you're ok with that it's not a problem, but I feel it would be better if it were a little higher. I also wondered about how the movement of the mattress would be affected because there is nothing on the platform itself that would prevent the mattress from moving if there were any extensive movement on the bed. I haven't moved into the apartment yet, but I feel that the mattress will move once I start sleeping on it. But all in all, given the moeny i spent on it, I would say in fulfills my needs, but by no means is it something I would get if I were moving into my own house with a family.

To be honest my main fault with this is not really a fault of the product from the picture it appears that the three pieces would be the bed, night stand, and a chest of drawers. It's actually the bed, headboard, and nightstand. My only other complaints that the design from the drawers forward is a little flimsy until the top is attached and makes it difficult to move the bed into the correct place in your room while it is partially assembled. Although over all it is fairly decent and has worked out great

Very easy assembly, considering only 1 person was working on this for about half a day. The side table and headboard was self explanatory. However, the bed had some quirks about it. The drawer racks did not separate and the screws for the head board did not secure the platform bed securely to the headboard. I will need to buy a few more screws to make sure that the head board does not move.

Additionally, the platform bed does not secure the actual mattress (foam in this case) in place so the bed will move around very easily.
