The previous reviews don't give this dresser justice. I bought this dresser, the matching Vito Headboard and two Vito Nightstands and was satisfied with all of them.

You can't beat the price and put together this dresser looks great. Sleek, Contemporary and sturdy.

I used my Amazon Prime and got free 2nd Day air shipping. The box weighed 104 lbs so be sure to have someone lift if you have to move it around. It comes packaged in it's retail box just with 2" cardboard bumpers on each corner, seems adequate as nothing was broken when it arrived.

The instructions were easy enough to follow, this does require a lot of assembly and I would recommend you have someone helping you with final assembly so you don't break any pieces. It took me and my friend about 3-4 hours to do 2 nightstands, dresser, and headboard.

The only con would be the drawer rails, they're completely plastic. No wheels, just plastic on plastic. Not a big deal, they still slide very easily, they just can't close on there own if you push the drawer back half way, these you have to push manually all the way back to the stop. But again, for the price I don't really mind. Plus this stuff has a 5 year warranty so if they break I guess I can get free replacements.

So all in all a good value in my opinion if you don't mind assembling or plastic rails.

I purchased two nightstands, 6-drawer dresser and attaching mirror a couple of weeks ago and I love them all!

First of all, I did the free shipping and it arrived two days before the estimated date. However, the boxes were a little wrinkled/crushed when I received them.

The nightstands came in perfect condition though - no dents or dings on any of the pieces. The dresser pieces did come with a few dings on a few corners/edges but nothing the touch up pen couldn't take care of. (I'm pretty much a perfectionist and I don't notice them)

All look great and weren't too hard to assemble. I thought the instructions were clear and precise for the most part. Sometimes you just have to use common knowledge! The nightstands took about an hour to assemble each and the dresser + mirror took about two hours. Be aware that the drawers for the dresser are side specific. We put it together and tried to just mix and match and I about had a heart attack when they wouldn't fit. But with drawer rearranging, they fit perfect.

All three are sturdy, have even legs and easy sliding drawers. I was a little worried about the plastic drawer sliders instead of metal, but they were easy to assemble and slide great. The knobs are real metal as well -- which makes them look really good.

I've only had them for about two weeks so I cannot say how long they will last, but they are good quality for the price. If you are looking for something modern, good-looking and cheap -- this is the way to go!

Assembling the dresser was like putting together a chinese puzzle box. There were a ton of pieces and a lot of pages of instructions. However, after the dresser was put together by my very handy husband, it looks great. The drawers slide in and out smoothly and they align perfectly. It's black laminant material though, so you can't get it wet or it bubbles, but at least it looks nice. It also came with a black marker just in case you scratch the surface. So it was worth the price we paid, and it looks great, it was just hard to put together.

The reviews for this product definitely hold true. It took 4 people and 5 hours to build this dresser. The directions are not that easy to follow. There were places where holes were supposed to be and weren't and some things just didn't match at all. Eventually the whole thing came together and the finished product is nice, just too much of a hassle to put together. It also came chipped in two places where I had to use marker to cover up the chips and the drawers are not as deep as I would like. Overall I'd recommend finding a better dresser or one that is already put together for you.

The bottoms of the drawers are thin, but they are so well supported that they actually seem very sturdy. They fit nicely in slots on three sides of the drawer, and are nailed in by 6 small nails on the fourth side. Then, there is another little piece that gets nailed in under the front for extra support. I've had assemble-yourself furniture before with thin bottoms to the drawers that were not reinforced, and they ended up having to be nailed together after a couple of years of use. The plastic slides are very smooth, and although I wonder how they will hold up over the long-run, I am happy for now. The finish is nice, but shows some fingerprints. Would definitely recommend this dresser for anyone wanting a decent quality piece for a very affordable price!

I'm not much of a wuss when it comes to assembling furniture. I've assembled an entire livingroom set from Ikea 38 weeks pregnant. This thing was a NIGHTMARE. Not only would the drawers absolutely not assemble no matter what I did, the whole frame was completely unstable and the paint chipped off even with very careful handling. This is so not worth the hassle!
To top it all off, trying to get this returned to Amazon has been an absolute nightmare that has gone on for weeks now. After I get my refund I will never deal with Amazon again.

I ordered this and wanted to cancel after about 2 hours or so and they said I could not cancel. I think that was a rip off. I now have it and it is laying in pieces. Cheap product not worth the 199.00 I paid and they wouldn't allow me to cancel before it was sent. That to me shows what a rip off.

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this dresser. I saw a lot of people say it was hard to put together. My boyfriend put mine together (he is a handy man) and it took him about 2 hours. He didn't say it was hard to do but it def was time consuming.

For 200 dollars I really can't complain. The assembly was indeed lengthy, but I kind of enjoyed it. Just give yourself a good amount of time and space, have some patience, use your brain a bit and in the end you'll have a very attractive dresser. It's not something you'll pass down for generations and it's not intended to be. Mine arrived with a few nicks but nothing that the touch up marker couldn't take care of.

This was missing parts. Some parts were broken. The drawers were difficult to slide in. The sliders/gliders to the drawers are a cheap plastic. I am very disapointed. Also it is not sturdy. Wish I never bought it.
