These arrived on time. I ordered a set of two, however they were EXTREMELY heavy and in a long rectangle box. So moving them was really just such a pain. Of course i live in NYC, so it was more difficult to bring these up to my apartment than it should have been. They are pretty simple to put together. Best of all they look very nice and they are sturdy. I would absolutely recommend these.

The shelves sagged noticeably within one day, with only moderate weight on them. The laminate was not applied all the way on each shelf, so the particle board is visible at the edges. I was compelled to write my first review because of how bad this product is.

This is not a smart buy. The quality of the construction is extremely poor. The material is particle board with a cheap laminate which will peel up and wear with normal usage.
The shelves are not sturdy enough to properly support the weight of books. Within a year, they sag and bend visibly. Avoid this and similar products. Spend the extra money and get bookshelves made of real wood or metal, which will last for many years - even generations. I still have some inherited wood bookshelves from my grandparents, and they have not sagged at all after holding books for over 50 years. That is how furniture should be built. Avoid this poor furniture.
