I am rather impressed with these shelves. They look great and were easy to put together. Quite solid for an RTA product.

I ordered three, and all the packages arrived via UPS looking rather beat up. The packaging was very well done though, and there wasn't so much as a single scratch or ding anywhere.

I'm very happy with this purchase.

Update: Purchased another one of these bookcases about a week ago (late October 2011) - it arrived in perfect shape. This is a great product.

Well packaged so arrived without any wear from shipping. Everything is well labeled and the instructions are clear... setup was a snap. Once together the bookcase was rock solid and looked great. I'll be getting one or two more of these soon to finish filling out my dining room.

Once put together, this is a nice bookcase. However, getting the bookcase to your home is very hard - I had to refuse the first shipment due to exposed broken wood before I opened the package! The second shipment was better, and there were a few dings, but since this was only going in the den, I accepted it. Had to give it only 3 stars due to packaging.
