It's really a 4 for the product and 5 for service . One of the handle was defective but it was replaced timely, I would say pretty fast during a Christmas season. The reflector holder can be bought anywhere but to me it's the service that counts

I highly recommend ordering from Southbay Camera Photography. They stand behind their products. Order arrived quick. However, box was slightly dinged. When I opened it, one reflector holder clip was slightly cracked. Southbay was quick to respond, sending me a new product. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. More the likely damaged in shipping.

Ok, so this thing is not bulletproof like say, a manfrotto reflector holder would be, but for the price, it's pretty darned nice. The reflector I used to test it out was a big 45 inch 5 in one model, one of those that is a bit thicker around the edges due to the reversible covering. Not only did it fit in the holder clamps, but it held the weight of a such a huge reflector with ease. The place where it loses a star is the mounting block was not manufactured correctly. The hole that the light stand stud fits into was a bit too small, but after I worked it and enlarged it a bit, it works fine. Honestly, I don't think it's going to last forever, but I am careful with my equipment, so I don't anticipate any immediate problems.

It works with my 46" reflector and holds it tightly. I do wish it had a hook on the back of the boom for a counterweight and the clasp at the top just comes right off since it's not bolted or glued onto the pole.

Works well, although the brackets that are supposed to grip the reflector could be more accommodating to multi-reflectors with zippers around the edge. Still, it does what it's supposed to do and seems fairly well-made. Great customer service, too. I had a question and it was promptly answered in a friendly manner.

It did not come with a stand or directions of how to use so look at the pictures to understand it's use. I also got a ring light and it didn't have a stand as well but amazon has a great deal 2 stands for $40 so it worked out at the end. Good product overall

Cheaply made product. Setting it up isn't clear. The post seems to be larger then the sprocket holder. But, I managed to make it work and now I hope it will last for at least a few photo shoots. Handle this item with care, or find something else.

Had to go on-line to figure out how to set this up, but the tutorial was helpful. Seems to be sturdy enough. WIll try it this week-end.
