Excellent Addition to the Library,

The book, The Southern Debate over Slavery, Volume 2 proved not only to be a good source of reference for a project I was working on for graduate school but it is an excellent addition for your personal library. Just reading the court cases and the petitions that had actually been filed gave me insight as to what actually went on during post-slavery times. I highly recommend this book for those who want a good feel for what the slaves and slave masters experienced.
