This is the one cookbook in my collection (of at least 50 others) that gets the most usage! I loved it so much that I gave this cookbook as a gift to my sister (a caterer) and aunt (who entertains quite a bit)! This is by far my FAVORITE cookbook(and theirs)! The recipes are easy to follow and well laid out. They offer many different meal plan suggestions and the ingredients are easy to find. The Chocolate Mousse Au Grand Marnier is sinfully delicious! Everything that the three of us have made from this cookbook receives RAVE reviews! (i.e. Chicken Alouette, Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes, Holiday Banana Bread, Streusel-Topped Sweet Pototo Casserole, Mushroom Roll-ups, etc.)

Awesome cookbook! I borrowed my friend's copy after I tried her Cajun Shrimp recipe on page 56. Lots of great recipes!

Every recipe I have tried from this cookbook is wonderful. The make-ahead mashed potatoes are yummy and a time-saver. I use this cookbook exclusively for my Thanksgiving and Christmas meals.

Having determined (and accepted) that my local grocery chain options are enigmas of stocked shelves of prepackaged, preservative goo or can be nicknamed 'Whole Paycheck', it was determined that the best place to shop for my next meal was in my kitchen. I wanted to prepare flavorful meals with known ingredients and this cookbook makes me look like a star (without the production budget). The meals in this cookbook are NOT for the dieter, so be prepared to exercise more than your jawbone! Even the candy recipes are great (the Bourbon Balls are to die for - and I do not like the taste of liquor (yeah, they are THAT good).

I love this cookbook. I have followed the "Ring In the Holidays" menu for several dinners and everyone loved it. Every recipe I have tried turned out perfectly. I have actually purchased this cookbook TWICE. First time I loaned it out to someone (who apparently loved it too), forgot who I loaned it to, and never got it back. I was so happy when I found it on Amazon.com.

This is a fantastic book. I have made many recipies in here and never been dissapointed. Our friends have asked for the book after I told them where it came from. Thanks so much!
