I think this is a fine, attractive little bird feeder; however I needed metal components because of rodent problems. This was described as a glass-and-metal feeder (copper), but is copper-colored plastic. Looks very nice and I'm sure would work just fine if chewing, gnawing rodents (squirrels anyone?) weren't habitues of the bird-feeding areas. Cannot comment on glow-in-the-dark as we didn't hang it. Returned the product.
