Misleading at best!!,

I purchased this title and an additional 3 books on Spain along with a DVD. The information did not state that the books were out of stock. After waiting several weeks I was sent old 2006 and 2004 editions of this book. There is no copy of my purchase of this item in my Amazon history but for the DVD. I paid for these items on my AmX account prior to careful scrutiny from cover to cover. I am very disappointed with this transaction and the inability to rectify this purchase. I would rather pay full price than to be a deceived consumer.
