5.0 out of 5 stars Lady sings the blues..., June 22, 2001
This review is from: Southern Woman (Audio CD)
Souther Woman is real. You can feel it in the music. Sandy comes through with the true feelings of the southern rock sound, and her songs stick with you all day even after the CD is ejected. This is a classic album of real blues musicians playing from the heart. You will feel it, and a new mood will come over you. This is not a first effort album, these are long time pros you need to hear!

And in the songs is a womans touch, you will connect with her love of the music and her devotion to the preservation of blues, and the views of a real Souther Woman. This is not just another band..This is the real thing, real blues by a real blues professional who has served her time on many a stage.

I got to see a few of Sandy's live preformances in Springfield and at the Blues Festival in Eureka Springs Arkansas, and this gal sings her way into your soul...

I'd say if your a real blues lover or collector, Buy this album. It was a labor of love for the music, all the musicians on board are real pros, and your in for a treat with this album.

This is from the heart of Beall Street, and from the soul of the south... A darned good album! Get it! It's the real stuff and worth the bucks!
