This book is great and features recipes and techniques from an American Cuisine. Influences from Mexico, Asia, Native American, Texan, and South America are all in the recipes. De Gustibus began at Macy's in New York. Teachers, Cooks and Chefs visited De Gustibus and new cuisines were born. There are several cooks throughout the book and many great recipes and techniques. Entertain guests, family and friends from your own kitchen and make it look exquisite. The book also includes a conversion chart for measuring. This is awesome for all types of cooks.
