As a doctor trying to expand my spanish vocabulary, I was disappointed with this dictionary. The words it has are just the very basic medical terms and it is sorely lacking in any specialty vocabulary. For example it doesn't havethe word cancer or injection, and no names for surgical procedures either. Keep looking.
