broad look at sovereign debt,
This review is from: Sovereign Debt at the Crossroads: Challenges and Proposals for Resolving the Third World Debt Crisis (Paperback)
This book is an excellent compilation of papers examining sovereign debt from various perspectives: historical, legal/ethical and future prospects. Some chapters are stronger than others but as a whole they provide a broad and illuminating study of sovereign debt and constitute an excellent resource both for novices as well as those familiar with the topic.
