A 1.5 liter 3-stone Butterfly brand table top wet grinder was serving our family needs for the past 6 years. It is still running good, however, with increase in family size and lack of patience to manually remove dough from the grinder, we decided to go for a larger size (2 liter) tilting grinder.
The product was delivered as promised without any damage. Set up was easy, just took 5 minutes since everything is preassembled. There was no invoice in the package or any information on how to avail warranty services should something go wrong.
The tilting feature helps, but not as much as you would expect. For one thing, if you grind uradh dhal to thick consistency, you still have to force it out of the drum with a spatula. Another limitation, you can not empty the contents in to taller vessels because when you tilt the unit, there is only room to place medium or small size vessels under. I overcome the second limitation by placing the grinder next to a sink, and placing the vessel inside the sink to empty the contents.
For cleaning you need to first remove a bolt on the top, remove the grinder stone and then the drum. Women might find it little heavier, but the overall operation is easy.
After using this grinder for the past 6 months, we feel that our previous 3-roller Butterfly brand did a much better and faster job than this one.
UPDATE after 9 months use.
We are very disappointed with this grinder. Though it has 2-liter capacity, it doesn't grind any additional quantity compared to the 1.5-liter, 3-roller Butterfly grinder. 3-roller grinder is the way to go.
I used Ulta wet grinder for 14 years and there was no issue. Recently that slowed down and bought this Sowbhagya 2 liter from India. It was fine for 3 grinds. After 3 weeks it did not run. There was no sound and no movement when turned on the switch. Then I tried to reach the support and there is no response at all through email as well as through phone. Poor customer service! Then I fixed the grinder by spending 75% of the cost of the grinder. It is a total disappointment.
