As a long time vegetarian, I am always looking for new soy recipes to EASILY add variety to my diet. Louise Hagler's recipes are easy to follow; use common ingredients and are not complicated BUT taste great -- even to non-vegetarians. I especially appreciate the nutritional information given for every recipe.

This book is a must for those who have been enjoying soy, but will be especially valuable to individuals who are trying to make the transition to a healthful diet that includes soy !!
