Worst product ever. There is no way that the thing is going to fit into anybodys ear, it is way too big. I am able to jam it in, but it is extremely painful and I must take it out in a few seconds. I tried using the little ear hook, but the top of the loop is almost a full inch above my ear (the part where glasses would normally rest. It's actually above the tip of my ear too [the part that is pointy on elves]). Completely useless and unuseable. This is one of those products where they picked the first one up off the assembly line and went "... oh! crap. sell it anyway, maybe some people will be too lazy to return it!"

Also, the button does not work consistently, and is awkward to begin with (having to hold it for multiple seconds to do things). The sound quality is terrible as well.

The dongle has worked, however, though it seems slow. The software that comes with it is bloated and slow, very difficult to work with.

well the price was the only good thing, besides that if u have vista do not purchase this item because it doesnt work for it google bluesoli and visat errors and you'll see what i'm talking about
