This is much better than buying a certificate from one spa...you can use anywhere in the US and even in some foreign countries. They list like 12,000 spas, yoga studios, and Pilates...anyway I have had terrific feedback in giving this as a gift. I cannot understand the negative reviews unless someone is a competitor to SpaFinder although I do not know of any company that does what they do. Highly recommend this company....also had issues and called customer service...all quickly handled.

I CANCELLED my order because it takes too long for this Seller to ship the Gift Card (SEE other people's Review - negative issues are the same - Slow Shipping), which I needed a week before my mother's birthday. I received an email after I already sent 2, that it's being shipped today! It's been 4 DAYS since I ordered the card. I called Customer Service can't tell you anything other than it's in still "fullfilment", Ok false info I received that it will be shipped today. Why the Lag? It's a gift card that you put in envelope! Why can't these people have extra copies and just send it out? They told me the card was made today (so Why was it not mailed yet?) The email I received was early morning at 6:00am and it's 8pm and I'm still waiting. So I CANCELLED! AND GET THIS, THE CANCELLATION PROCESS TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS! BUT IF THE CARD GETS SHIPPED ANYWAY, YOU ARE STUCK WITH A CARD THAT YOU NO LONGER NEED SINCE I BOUGHT MY MOTHER ANOTHER GIFT! WHY DOESN'T THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO CANCEL ON THE SPOT WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL? WE ARE ALL COMPUTERIZED NOW & THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE ON STONE AGE. Also, I was told that there is no way they can tell you any additional information other than it's in "fullfilment", and that the people that process the card are in another State! Why can't this company have it all in one building gets me. I say Poor Customer Service, Poor Business ethics and it does not even deserve 1 star but amazon automatically has the lowest to be 1 star. My best advice is Get it yourself, Don't order from here or order somewhere else online. Read reviews first which I failed to do.
