This book is awesome. It's practical, because it lets you create a spa atmosphere within your own home, on your time and your budget. It has recipes, decorating suggestions, exercises, treatments for your body, and more, all from the best spas. My favorites are the body treatments that you mix up yourself. Plus its beautiful design and pictures fit well with the spa theme and make it a wonderful gift for any spa enthusiast or anyone who needs to "pamper body and soul."

I've noticed that the current trend in home spa books is involve no more than a few bottles of essential oils and what you can find in your refrigerator. However, if you aren't afraid of running down some ingredients in a health food shop, this book is fantastic. The aloe vera body wrap is the best one I've ever done, a stress killer.
