This sleep mask is nice and silky as the others reviewers say. However, I am surprised no one mentioned that it has a ropey edging to it, making it uncomfortable if you lie on your side. I tried it last night and it was both uncomfortable while I tried to sleep in it since it dug into my cheek and would definitely leave a mark when I got up. I would not recommend it.

I purchased this item in navy blue and I was surprised at how nice it was when it arrived. It's soft, thick and extremely comfortable. The real test was sleeping with it. My BF likes to watch TV or read before he goes to sleep. This would cause me to toss and turn, trying to find a comfortable position with the least amount of light in my eyes. The mask fixed that problem. It blocks out all light. I couldn't believe how well it worked, and for such an affordable price. I sleep so much better now. I highly recommend this product!

This mask is light and comfortable; some masks make me perspire in hot weather. This is JUST the thing for a long plane flights. I put it on, pop on the headphones and drift off for a nice nap. Makes flying bearable. Also nice for rooms with insufficient curtains to darken them in summer and for use with a mate who reads after you want to turn out the lights.

I have worn Spa Sister Sleep Masks for several years. I find them very comfortable and the ones that are lined in black are excellent for keeping out the light, which is my only reason for wearing a sleep mask. They are also priced well for an all silk mask and the color range is excellent, although I wish all of the colors were lined in black. Some are not and they are of no use to me at all. If total room darkening is your goal, make sure to ask if it is lined in black.

My fiance needs to be at work by 7:30am, between the light through the window and the lamp he needs to get around I wasn't able to get much sleep past 6:30. Since I started wearing the mask he can maneuver much more easily with lights on and I can catch an extra 45 minutes of snooze!

I never thought I would be able to sleep with one of these things on my face. Now I can't sleep without it. It's soft and comfortable, not tight yet it stays in place all night. It makes me feel girly and I sleep like a queen. I'd recommend this brand to all my friends and sisters.

It worked great for a couple months, but one of the elastic straps broke and the other one is breaking. I probably use it no more that two or three hours a week when my roomie is getting ready for work. Would not hold up for very long if you plan on sleeping with it every night.

This mask does a great job of blocking out light, and it is super soft and silky, but it does not stay on! I wake up most mornings with the mask having fallen off.

Unfotunately, I have a lazy right eye that doesn't close all the way when I sleep. My right eye wasn't a problem until I got lasik and then it was most important to make sure my right eye stayed closed. After trying to tape my eye shut and using eye ointment, I bought a sleep mask from Dream Essentials. Although the DE maskes are of good quality, I found them too hot and uncomfortable.

So, I then ordered the Spa Sister Silky Sleep Masks and it's wonderful. It's light, comfortable and keeps my right eye shut. I'm ordering two more as back up.

The material is nice, but the two elastic bands that go around the head are way too tight! I put the mask on and it was squishing my eyeballs and hurt my head! I used to have a sleep mask from Hilton hotels and that one was perfect, the elastic was comfortable and stayed in place, but we've moved and it got lost in the move. This one was totally uncomfortable and I won't be able to use it. :((( Do not recommend!
