5.0 out of 5 stars Literally changed my life!
I have never experienced a single problem with this hot tub since I bought it on Amazon.com over 2 years ago. I strongly encourage everyone to have a hot tub, and I have never thought twice about my decision to purchase this one.

1.0 out of 5 stars Doesnt even deserve 1 star
I had this spa for less than 1 year and was sorely disappointed. The power packs kept dying out costing me to send for a replacement. This cost began to add up. There is no way that the company cannot know that there is a significant problem with their power packs. I'd get used power packs which seemed to be temporarily fixed. It was a waste of my money. There are so...

I have never experienced a single problem with this hot tub since I bought it on Amazon.com over 2 years ago. I strongly encourage everyone to have a hot tub, and I have never thought twice about my decision to purchase this one.

This product has many benefits over a standard fiberglass hot tub. It wins on almost every count, including price, portability, and durability. The only down side is that it doesn't have actual jets, but the "ambient air bubbles" that simulate jets is more than sufficient.

Instead of paying $4,000 - $8,000 for a hot tub, this one sells for around $1k. Spa-N-A-Box wins hands-down on price.

Portability has turned out to be extremely convenient. I move it around the yard based on season, and can box it up in the basement in the depth of our cold Minnesota winters. I took it down to build a new patio, and effortlessly set it back up when the new patio was completed. A fiberglass hot tub does not offer such convenience.

This product functions flawlessly in sub-zero weather, and has never let me down in any way. Chemicals are easy to find, and don't require much time to apply. From my experience, this is an extremely durable product with very low maintenance requirements.

After a 13 hour motorcycle ride in a cold and rainy Minnesota Spring, I came home to find this hot tub ready to relax all my muscles and relieve all my stress. This puppy has changed my life for the better, and is worth at least every penny I spent.

I have purchased many products from Amazon.com, but this is my first review. Because of the quality and convenience at such a low price, I feel obligated to express my appreciation. Please keep this in mind as you shop around for your hot tub.

There are so many other reviews on other sites that I read with others having the same problem. The company should revamp this product totally.

After six months, my heater went out and the company wanted $1087. postage to send me a replacement even tho it was supposed to haver a 1 year warrenty. It also losed heat very quickly once uncovered, especially in cold weather. Not worth the money

5.0 out of 5 stars Difficult Set Up, But a Great Product So Far, July 17, 2008
This review is from: Spa-in-a-box (Health and Beauty)
We purchased this hottub about a month ago and have been pleased with it so far. The set up takes a bit of work. But its do-able. Just tedious. I did it alone, and the instructions weren't too clear, but I got it done. Make sure that you have access to the plug that you are going to use. The cord is pretty short. And be careful with the black support peices, we had one break coming right out of the box. The material that looks like wood is a hardened foam core material, seems durable. Hopefully it'll last. The cover is actually very nice and sturdy. Keeps everything well insulated. The only main drawback I see is that the bladder that holds all the water, its really hard to get every single little wrinkle out of it, so it is not really a smooth surface you are sitting or laying on. Other than that, great product for your money! Stays nice and warm and the jets REALLY swirl up the water, they're very strong.
